Hi, I’m Regina, The founder of Renewed Season Life Coaching.
Eighteen months ago, I was nearly 60 pounds heavier. I was deep in menopause, exhausted, in pain, and honestly asking myself, “Is this just how life is now?” I loved God, I loved my family, and I showed up for everyone else—but I didn’t feel comfortable in my own body.
Today, I’m more than 60 pounds lighter. I’m in my athlete era, maintaining in the 140s, training consistently, and living a life that reflects the woman God showed me I could be. Not because I found some magic program, but because I combined my faith with real work, real data, and real obedience.
That’s what Renewed Season Life Coaching is all about. I help Christian women in menopause who are tired of hating their bodies and tired of starting over every Monday. Together, we align your habits with your actual season, your capacity, and your calling—no guilt, just data and pivots. If you’re looking for a quick fix, I’m not your coach. But if you’re ready to show up, be honest, do the work, and invite the Holy Spirit into your habits, you are my people.

Founder of Renewed Season Life Coaching and a certified faith-based Life Coach for women 40+. After years of being the strong one for everyone else, God walked me through my own reset – releasing guilt, rebuilding my confidence, and learning to protect my peace without abandoning my assignment. Now I help other women do the same: release what’s heavy, reset with God, and move forward on purpose in this new season.
